Documents uploaded by users may contain financial, medical, trade secrets or personal information. This product is only used for extraction, traceability, review and audit display in the current project; source citations, expert feedback and audit logs may contain original text fragments, and users should avoid uploading materials without processing permissions. Current 10 role review supplements: original documents, source citations, original text fragments, credible descriptions, expert opinions, values ​​before and after modifications, audit reasons, exported files and derived results are all included in the scope of sensitive data processing. ; Prompt users to confirm they have processing permissions before uploading, and explain that the document may contain financial, medical, business secrets or personal information. ; The scope of inclusion must be confirmed before exporting, especially whether source fragments, expert opinions, audit records and data to be reviewed are included. ; Project deletion should describe the impact on original files, extraction results, source references, exported files, expert feedback, approval records and audit events; the default retention period must be marked as unknown or configured by the deployer. ; All sensitive data access, export, review and rollback must be verified by the server and audited.

Data retention

Project documents, extraction results, source citations, expert feedback, and audit events are saved according to the retention period configured by the tenant; when deleting a project, the site files and derived results should be deleted, but the audit retention requirements may cause the minimum necessary audit events to be retained until the compliance period expires.

Human responsibility and rollback

This product is used to generate structured data to be reviewed, source references and risk warnings from high-reliability industry documents provided by users such as finance and medical care; the output is not medical diagnosis, legal opinion, investment advice, financial audit conclusion or regulatory declaration result. All high-risk or abnormal data must be reviewed by qualified humans before being used for business decisions.

Rollback only means restoring the extraction results, review decisions, expert rule drafts, export records or workflow status in this site to the previous version; this product is not connected to external production systems, so it will not and cannot roll back external databases, medical systems, financial systems or other third-party production environments.
